James Smith took the time - even as the office was about to close - to search and discover a myriad of maps for areas I had said we wanted to visit. He and his colleague (never found out her name) were so engaging; had great listening skills; and were so friendly that I felt 'blessed' to have such people conduct themselves in such a professional way.
The idiotic answering system offers no help whatsoever. IF you finally get the area you want you have to leave a message? Hire some actual English speaking people to answer questions.
Well, we had just spent two days of traveling from our home in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada to Willows CA and encountering gale force winds and torrential rains on our route down I-5 (added that it's the busiest time to travel in America) when we realized a AAA Office was located next to our Holiday Inn & Express (+5 Stars).
