All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient at their jobs, even with walk ins. NVIH is a much needed asset to our town.
Thank you Indian Valley Health for the $140 bill. I would rather drive to Chico than have to deal with such a untrusting practice.
Try getting records from these people. Promises, promises, never ever happens.
We just moved into the area and took our 3 kids here for a well check. A month later we get a bill for two kids, $70.00 each. The bill stated that it was not a well visit. I called knowing this was a coding error and after 3 weeks of calling repetitively they said "sorry this is how it was coded and we can't fix it". Your a billing department and can't fix a coding problem? You can look and see that their height, weight, and all typical well visit things were discussed. This also included mentioning concerns about two kids, something that is typically done when you have an annual exam. (?) That turns this visit that lasted no longer that the 3rd child's visit into a non well visit????
