Just wanted to thank Tish and her team. All their hard work and dedication. We had a bad wheel problem and stranded in willows they were able to get all parts and repair done so we could get back home the next day. Thank you so much!!!!!

I was stranded on a long road trip with a failing clutch. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful in getting me set up and taking me to and from a hotel for the night (I had to wait over night for parts). They worked quickly and were right on with the estimate. If I had to have car trouble, I'm glad I had it in Willows so I had the opportunity to experience the hospitality and efficiency of this staff. Great people and great at their jobs. Thanks guys!
Best service you can ask for! My windshield wipers broke in the middle of a storm and I was three hours from home - O'Brien's did everything they could to help me! They did their best to rush order new parts for my car, offered to work on a Saturday morning to get it fixed as fast as possible, and drove me to a hotel for the night. Not only is my car all fixed, but I also got amazing service and felt genuinely cared for. Thanks so much guys!
The customer service here should be the model for all businesses. I was constantly informed of every detail. I was treated as though I was at my uncle's place or something. And I most certainly paid less than I expected. Honorable mention to Birdie...she set the tone with her fantastic energy and jovial manner. I will come again if needed no doubt.
