We live in Branson West, Missouri (Literally out in the sticks, in the middle of the Ozark Mountains) and dealing with Dave at RPM was a like having all the big city benefits and professionalism combined with country honesty and integrity. There were not any "hidden cost" or undisclosed fees...everything was exactly as promised...out front...and in the open. I had tried selling my vehicle myself with an online ad and all I got was lookers, talkers and people wanting something for nothing...a huge waste of time and effort (not to mention money) and a huge risk. One e-mail to RPM and without much effort at all the check was in the bank within days - JUST AS PROMISED! It is rare to find a company who will do what they promise, as promised, when promised and without making you feel taken advantage of.
